Czar Engineering Solutions cc is a 100% black owned Namibian company. The Company was established in 2012 and registered in 2014. Our company specializes in providing engineering solutions for both modern and ancient technologies. Czar Engineering is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary organisation that was originally founded in 2014 as Active Minds Investments. The Company has been involved intensively, amongst others, in all aspects of engineering consultancy: urban development, industrial, public and commercial developments (including schools, hospitals, border posts), rural roads and community-based projects. An early decision to invest in computerised draughting and design processing made us one of the better equipped engineering consultancy firms in its field in Namibia. Engineering surveys are performed by high-tech global positioning system (GPS).

The formation of our company was motivated by the desire to provide quality solutions to both modern and ancient problems engineering services within the country, possibly abroad. Our company was established in a developing country and there is a huge drive in making the country self-sustainable and at the same time promoting and encouraging young entrepreneurship that will create an employment opportunity and alleviate poverty within the country. The need to provide sustainable and uplifting solution to current engineering technologies. The company is mainly focused on the 4 main engineering disciplines and the company is divided in four department representing the latter, which are Civil engineering, Structural engineering, Mechanical engineering and Electrical engineering respectively. Each department provides Taylor made solution based on the customers’ needs. All departments are focus on the research, design, analysis and execution of the required solutions.
