Czar Engineering Solutions cc is a proudly 100% black-owned Namibian company, established in 2012 and formally registered in 2014. Originally founded as Active Minds Investments, Czar Engineering has grown into a dynamic, multi-disciplinary organization. Over the years, we have been deeply involved in diverse engineering consultancy projects, including:
